Took a few days to fully open. Violet immediately jumps out of the glass. Red current and ripe cranberries follow with a touch of white pepper, faint in the back. Tannins still holding on. Acidity fully coating the mouth. Juicy red fruit come to the front with violet hitting on the finish. This can be nice chilled. Easy drinking.
