Unbelievable and unforgettable nose. Utterly complex and full of detail. Amazing freshness and balance on the palate. This truly is a perfect wine.

Super intense. Opulent. A fine shellfish companion. Starts off as a viscous batch of unripened pears. Moves to a sweet pineapple flavour with a white carnation bouquet. Finishes as peppermint stick and caramel. An excellent, evolving number. Drink above 60. Go now; premox lurks.
