Bitter cherry, rawhide, and Earl Grey tea on the nose. No signs of Brett, but 40% Mourvedre. Surprisingly light and silky in the mouth, I'm not sure how much aging this can take. Certainly nice now.

We had the 2011 Vintage on 12/19-20/21. This is a fruit forward, full bodied wine. The tannins were smoothed out. It is ready! Bouquet and palate of blackberry, plum, earth and even pepper. This has the famous garrigue.
