Medium-deep gold with a nice fragrant nose of honey, apricot, lychee and spice. Onctuous full body, very sweet but balanced with a fresh acidity. Beautiful notes of apricot, white peach, lychee, spice and some fresh mushroom earthiness and a long honeyed finish. Very nice sauternes for the price!

Good balance between the sweetness and sharpness. Lots of apricot and honeycomb. Even a little vanilla and hazelnut, but layered with lime and oil (petroleum). Hit the spot like a Hail Mary from Aaron Rodgers.
