La Perle D'Arche Sauternes Sémillon-Sauvignon Blanc Blend

80% Semillon, 20% Sauvignon Blanc made from the younger vines at Ch. d’Arche. The wine is of good rather than great quality - lovely pineapple, apricot, home, ginger and beeswax, candied lemon and a hint of saffron but only with medium intensity and it’s a bit lacking acidity so quite soft on the palate

A tad too sweet. Perfectly solid dessert wine. Some dried apricot, decent acidity.

Subtil flavours. Missing some acids. Pineapple and honey. Sweet, but not very sweet.

Has an off...bitter note to it.
