Haut-Médoc Red Bordeaux Blend

Update / Edit : 2 hrs later. This just needed time to open up, and is now actually pretty amazing. Lots of balance, dark fruits and time.

Original: 2007 Bordeaux drinking now in late 2020. 13 years hidden in the cellar was probably a bit too much aging. It's past prime, and tough to tell what it started with. All that's left is a bit of oak cherry and leather

Lean and focused, a red profiled Bordeaux that is delicious after 10 years.

Wow. Definitely the most earthy of the night. Great Bordeaux blend. Rock solid for the price point.

Very nice 07. Tannins still significant, chalky but rounded and likeable. Dark red fruit, a bit of cedar and a whiff of violet.

Just finished the last one. Opened it tonight to celebrate my wife's biggest sale in her career! Even better a year later, glad I got to drink with the love of my life

Classic Bordeaux

Dark ruby color, medium full body wine. Nice long finish with hint of spice.
