Update / Edit : 2 hrs later. This just needed time to open up, and is now actually pretty amazing. Lots of balance, dark fruits and time.
Original: 2007 Bordeaux drinking now in late 2020. 13 years hidden in the cellar was probably a bit too much aging. It's past prime, and tough to tell what it started with. All that's left is a bit of oak cherry and leather

Very nice 07. Tannins still significant, chalky but rounded and likeable. Dark red fruit, a bit of cedar and a whiff of violet.

Just finished the last one. Opened it tonight to celebrate my wife's biggest sale in her career! Even better a year later, glad I got to drink with the love of my life
