Nose: reductive, green onion, old bananas, old yellow apple.
Taste: old pineapple skins.
50% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Semillion and 10% muscadelle.

So mysterious.

Don't normally drink Bordeaux Blanc but this was tasty with soldiers at cavalier

I think this is my first white wine from Bordeaux. It’s a beautiful pale straw color. The aroma is maybe sugared lemon and a touch of butter. I find it to be smooth textured and light and fruity with a little wink of wet rock at the end.

Crisp, great minerality. Delicious

Not my usual style but it paired well with my meal.
