This wine was very educational. I popped the cork on Saturday night and the nose was fine so I took a glass. It had an almost tangy flavor. So I let it sit. After 24 hours it had opened up nicely. But it really hit its stride after 48 hours. The weird tang flavor was gone. Just a very nice aged wine. I alway thought wine of this age would turn to vinegar after being exposed to air for too long. Guess it's different from wine to wine.
