The nose on this is amazing. Filled with dark berries, oak and earth. I almost started to fist pump. The palate is fantastic filled with black fruit, plum, oak, some clove and a touch of chocolate. The tannins are seamless but I would recommend decanting for an hour as it is still young. I love this wine. — 8 years ago
Love the nose on this wine. Smells of boysenberry syrup and kirsch. Though it the smell of something overly sweet the tastes is nothing but. Flavors of garrigue and blueberries and boysenberries. Medium refreshing body. — 9 years ago
My new favorite. It’s not off-dry but offers a touch of sweetness along with apricot, pear and citrus notes. Full bodied. Excellent. — 6 years ago
This wine was very educational. I popped the cork on Saturday night and the nose was fine so I took a glass. It had an almost tangy flavor. So I let it sit. After 24 hours it had opened up nicely. But it really hit its stride after 48 hours. The weird tang flavor was gone. Just a very nice aged wine. I alway thought wine of this age would turn to vinegar after being exposed to air for too long. Guess it's different from wine to wine. — 7 years ago
Excellent. A touch better than the 09 I had. Flavors of honey, peach syrup, a touch of pineapple. Pour this and then let it sit in the glass for 20 mins. Your patience will be rewarded. — 9 years ago

Fantastic! Nose of caramel, licorice, dark fruit and earth. Flavors of black fruit, vanilla, herbs, earth. Medium to full bodied, it is young, so it needs some air to open up but your patience will be rewarded. — 6 years ago
