Drank 5/9/18. Excellent pairing with lamb chops and a red wine reduction.

Nose of red and black fruits, intermingled with earth and a touch of green bell pepper. Silky blackberry flavors, with cocoa powder and cassis. Medium, well integrated tannins lend some structure on the medium black fruit filled finish, which lingers for roughly 30 seconds. This is ready to drink, but improved over the course of around 3 hours in the decanter, making me think it will last another 5 years or so.

3/22/8/4/3 + 60 = 90 pts.

Very pleasantly surprised by this blend. I assume it is mostly merlot and cab franc. Went back to the wine shop but could only get the 2012. Hope it is as good.

It's not as assertive as some of the Big Damn Wines™ I dig, buts it's just so pretty. Lovely, soft mouthfeel and berries galore.

Expected a little more for the price ($20), but still a nice wine. Better with a nice piece of cheddar cheese. Light tannins and a good finish.

So delicious. Great Bordeux, well rounded full bodied and dark fruit notes... will, MUST try again!

Really good PQR. Black fruits and violets on the nose, which after a short decant really blossom. Black cherry, licorice, and a touch of a graphite or mineralness. Silky smooth tannins. Surprisingly very good and punches above its weight class.

April 17, 2017. Nice Bordeaux. 70% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc. Earthy, well balanced. Not too fruity. Good value Bordeaux.
