Cordier St. Émilion Red Bordeaux Blend

Alive and kicking. Pungent plum and black cherry mesh with tobacco, sandalwood, and soy sauce in a haze of smoke and herbs. Surprising freshness. It can get away with saying it’s 29 for years to come.

Nice wine. I called 86 St Estephe.

Aged well! Vintage 1995. Earthy, creamy with oak. Dried berries on the nose. The blend is 80% merlot, 18% cab.franc, 2% cab.sauv.

Tired.

Lovely leather and coffee notes on the nose. This has really held up. Lots of coffee on the palate, dark fruit. Delicious.

The pure scent of slight rotten cork brings a strange but satisfying feeling. Nice clean finish
