Feb 27th, 2022Graphite, cassis, cedar etc. Very classic Pauillac, fine tannins, balanced. Maybe a bit stern. I continue to enjoy the '08s for their restraint and drinkability, like mini-me versions of more bodacious vintages.

Oct 2nd, 2016A wine with huge fruit tannins, it needs to cellar to enable to tannins to soften - not to bad for a merlot cab sav blend. It's a beautiful red ruby colour in the glass!

Pleasant, nice acidity but prefer the Branaire Ducru of the same vintage which had more fruit
