2014 vintage. First vintage with Olivier, the wine maker at Cheval Blanc, for dinner. Medium lemon hue. Medium concentration of asparagus, grapefruit, lemon cit us. Some white flowers. On the palate, medium plus acidity, medium minus body, medium alcohol, medium plus concentration. Good finish. Some bite on the end of the palate. Good first vintage. Elegance and restraint. Drink now until 2023.
