Cabernet Sauvignon

Very nice indeed , but high time to drink it !

Chinese bordeaux blend. With a French winemaker. 3 years in French oak. Well balanced and integrated. Very French style.

👃 Light scent, almost none, of wet forest floor and crushed young blackberries
👅 Light body, initial palate of red berries. Tart and short finish. Lingering/persistent bitterness in back palate.
✍️️ Possibly the most non-Cab Cab I've ever had...?

虽然没醒酒，但是不涩，酒精度数高但是入口很顺滑。
