This wine has aged beautifully! Round and rich, plenty of fruit with an intriguing truffle / "sweet forest floor" savory character. Subtle oxidative almond character, artful oak. Even almost seven years later, a gorgeous White Bordeaux (75% Sauvignon 25% Semillon).
