2005 check in...decanted for 30 minutes - slowly opening up. Very dark opulent color. Tons of juicy dark fruit. Long finish-45 seconds on my mid palate. Very good. Will enjoy with beef tenderloin.

The nose is generous and wide open. Lots of ripe fruit and fine wood, almost sandalwood in the nose. On the palate it's a bit thinner than expected. This particular bottle may have had an issue. There is too much difference between the nose and the palate.

After sufficient decanting, nice rather complex and interesting wine. It is not quite my taste but quality assured.
