Mocca, coffee, black currant, copper silverware, earth, black pepper : quite complex on the nose. The palate is balanced and multi dimensional : long palate with a strong acid backbone and a joyful fruit all along. Some width with nice layers of texture and a nice and dense matter on the sides. Silky tannins that roll and are quite typical of the estate. Finish with coffee, black currant, a pinch of meaty juice/salt and some bitterness. Once again a great value from camensac.

This wine survived our Sierra Mule trip to 9500 feet. Black cherry nose. Hint of chocolate and faint mint. Round and at its peak now. In the glass chocolate, black tea, eucalyptus and mint. Really nice for the money 23$. Therefore a high rating.

Great nose, with red berries and a touch of anise. Very well balanced, with notes of cassis, malt and tobacco and a nice red berry finish. Velvety texture, with tannins. A real pleasure to drink.

Soft tannins, deep oak, mellow blend to knock your socks off. Highly recommended.
