Very nice Bordeaux, probably more Merlot than cab as the tannins are not so dominant. Maybe 10 years moderated the effects of tannin.

Ahh the 05 vintage! Rich plum dried fig smokey leather nutmeg so much flavour, high % of Merlot. Delicious!
