Beautiful, complex wine. Berries and currants, rose petals, violets, and a touch of soil. Perfectly balanced with a long finish. Medium acidity and well-integrated tannins.

Nice floral bouquet on the nose. Bright spicy fruit that lasts on the palette but not overwhelming. There are sharp cheddar notes on the finish. It has enough tannins to last a while in the bottle, but already well balanced at 5-yrs. since it was bottled. I am impressed by this Bordeaux. Drank with a slice of pizza for my youngest daughter's birthday party!
