Petit Corbu needs some more attention

Deep gold. Nose of dried quince and white flowers. Echoed on the palate rounded out by vanilla. Firm acidity. Lingering finish.

Deep gold in the glass. Bad glassware doesn’t give me a good sense of the nose. Palate of dried quince, apricot peel, and balsa wood. Firm acidity, but not overpowering. Long finish that lengthens the palate. Excellent QPR and an amazing food wine.

Unique.

Somewhat fat, flinty, mineral, bone dry.
