A new grape varietal for me. The Petit Manseng grape. Late harvest. Notes of candied fruit. Hints of apricot and peach.

Good dessert wine.. lots of apricots, white peaches, a little lemon zest ... not as viscous as a Sauterne or as sweet... nicely balanced!

Lots of apple, with dried peaches and apples. No botrytis. Thought it was SW France or something made of Ondenc. Tasty.

There's a little essential acidity but I need more. Fruity and earthy, sure. I remember the pleasant surprise when I first tried it.
