A pretty modern, organic, Bordeaux wine, focussed on fruit, and already ready to drink from the age of its four years, with coated tannins. Dark ruby colour. Nose black fruits, blackcurrant, liquorice, coffee, candied plum, bitter fine, with the dominant Merlot. It lacks a little acidity for my personal taste but it is objectively an honest wedding wine,
Un jolie bordeaux conception moderne, bio, porté sur le fruit, et déjà prêt à boire du haut de ses quatre ans, et des tanins enrobés. Robe rubis sombre. Nez fruits noirs, cassis, réglisse, café, prune confite, amende amer, avec le Merlot dominant. Il manque un peu d’acidité pour mon goût personnel mais c’est objectivement un vin de mariage honnête, sans boisé suspect. Peut vieillir.
