A little funky! Slightly, slightly carbonic. Sour cherry/tart cranberry. Kept at cellar temperature and opened two hours prior to serving. Held up pretty well! Perfect addition to the thanksgiving table.

2020 Thanksgiving Beaujolais. Dark and brooding version. Aromas and flavors of black fruits with hints of violets, smoke, minerals and loamy earth. Plenty of acidity and richness, which made this a good option to pair with food. Velvety tannins and a long finish.
