CrayCray backwards reduced bacon-fat Cab based Wine that only the French can pull off. Delish.

Was good on release...better now with age. Tasted against 1985 & 05 vintages

Earthy at first but soft like velvet after airing. Stings of strawberries and lasting flavours like strawberry short cakes.
