Whites pre moxy type style. Quite ripe, peach, orangey. Quite clean on the finish, Apple notes. Decent.

Made in the oxidative style which I enjoy once in a while. Good salinity and acidity to keep it fresh. Paired well with an aged conte and other aged cheeses.

This is a trousseau, not Chardonnay. The colour of this wine is so dark and ruby. Dusty and nutty on the palate, almost like an easy going Bordeaux. Strange but nice.
