伸びやかさもそこそこあったのでカベルネ比率が高いのかな、と思ったが4%ということでそこまででもなかった。個人的に感じやすい右岸の早飲みの抵抗感はほとんど感じさせず。

Nice wines at Wine Society Dining Club Dinner with 3 vintages 2005, 2000 & 1998 all decanted before diner. Ling on back with strong bouquet. All well rounded but the older you get the softer it gets, wonderful experience before I even get the Roast rack of lamb, a l Francaise.
