Pale gold hue. Pronounced aromas of cream, dried fruit, honey, melon, nectarine, orange, toast, and wax. Full body; medium-plus sweetness; and high acidity. Flavors of citrus, dried fruit, and honey on the palate, with a long, layered, elegant finish. Balanced, complex, and flavorful. Blend of 70% Semillon, 15% Muscadelle, and 15% Sauvignon Blanc. Dangerously drinkable at 12% ABV as well. Solid alternative to Sauternes.
