Brilliant balance of earthy spice hovering above a berry blend with near perfect acid melting into a long warm drizzle down one's throat leaving an essence of the start all the way through the lingering finish. So very proper with a rare filet mignon and crisp green beans at Chapel Hill's Bin 54 ((good way to make the evening match the beauty of a crisp Harley ride down the mountain from Asheville!!). Salute...
