Needed a lot of air but loosened up over time. Juicy berries on the nose, tannic still. Delicious with eggplant and sausage fry up.

Steady, smooth and mature: soft entry and exit but with a bold mature red fruit, tobacco meets chocolate notes on the middle. Pair with a nice meal and enjoy the glass!
