2019 white Côtes de Bourg. Young vines, mechanically harvested. Sémillon (60%), Sauvignon Blanc (30%), Sauvignon Gris (10%). Seemed a bit reductive, wild decanting was my answer to that. Refreshing but a bit vegetal.
