What a charming #stemilion Bordeaux Grand Cru. Classic Saint Emilion approachable style, the 2014 is ready to drink now with nicely balanced black currant against earthiness, mid-level acidity and soft tannins that taper away gracefully on the finish. Interestingly this subtle Bordeaux paired well with a mildish Camembert and cherry tomatoes on a toasted baguette.
