Deep, dark violet color, aromas of plums, blackberries, dry herbs and a hint of brown sugar. Dry, with flavors of black fruits and nice aromatic finish.

Nice rusty opaque appearance and full bodied palate, but no distinct flavors or characteristics popping out. Average and drinkable

Wonderfully dry with hints of cedar, plum, cherries and just a little earth. This wine was an excellent accompaniment to the Wagyu New York steak we paired it with. I actually had relatively low expectations for this one, but I was pleasantly surprised. I have a second bottle which I may keep for another year or so and then report back. An outstanding value at Trader Joe’s for about $16 I think,

Good Bordeaux and an easy red to drink with or without food. Doesn’t smell *too* strong but there’s a good kick to the back of the palate.

Nice table wine. Complex and balanced. Pairs with anything well. Decanted to open it up.

Easy drinking, very good, go-to Bordeaux. Paired with homemade meatballs and spaghetti w/homemade red sauce. Would definitely get again.
