Floral and sweet. If a little less sweet it would have been perfect with a variety of Asian food. Pairs well with Asian food, where the underlying flavour is dried spice ie Indian food. Does not pair well with the freshness of Thai or Malaysian cuisine. Great with mild to medium cheese.
