It's tart, fruity, and a bit sweet. Not very complex. Ok for sipping.

Very fruity, loads of luxardo sweet cherry, plum, cinnamon/nutmeg, lack in tannin structure, and no real personality, but really easy to drink. . it is what it is meant to be; a table red, to be drunk. Not really my style, but the Wagner family doesn't particularly like anything under ripe, so that's what they make.

Jan 2nd, 2017An excellent red blend from California.
Dark inky/ ruby in color.
Very intense nose of vanilla, licorice, cedar, blackberries, figs, raisins and black pepper.
Full bodied and rich, with nice legs.
Dry and very fruity on the palate with blackberries, figs, raisins, spices, vanilla and wood.
Medium finish with smooth tannins.
You got to love vanilla to enjoy this, though.
14% alcohol by volume.
