I'm currently sipping this while eating a red pasta with lentils and wrinkly as old ass black olives. It is pairing as perfect as a 94 year old with a broken hip and her palliative nurse. I've since finished the pasta and have moved on to just the olives with the wine. It's like God opened his wine cellar and said "Hey bro, just go with it," and I took every thing in sight.
