Crisp, subdued and stable chard. Not overly oaky but with a nice snap of a finish. A small undercurrent of vanilla on the side. Lingering citrus note that makes a fine finish!

More interesting than delicious, with coriander, cinnamon, hay, and some lemon oil hiding quietly in finish. Rich oily mouthfeel. Not a lot of fruit left here but still intriguing.
