I would call it old world in style for sure. Reserved oak allowing the fruit and minerality to take center stage

Solid, solid chard for the money. Not creamy or buttery, like a macon-village with a little less acid. This would be a great house white.

More of a gimmick than anything else. It's a bitter Chardonnay that pretends to benefit from the influence of oak. I'm sure it'll sell just fine though...
