Charles Shaw
California Cabernet Sauvignon
California, USA
Nothing much to right home about. Its distinguishing feature is its non-offensive notes.

Jul 19th, 2016Very mild. Slightly creamy undertone on the finish. Great for the price.

Jun 17th, 2016A little dry and 'cheap' tasting for me. Would be great for cooking. Not bad for the price, but I'll spend a couple more bucks next time.

Apr 25th, 2016This has been my least favorite 3 buck chuck. Usually I knock off a bottle per night but I wasn't able to finish this off before get slightly nauseous. Finished 3/4 of the bottle. I will say however from what I've read this winery gets the wines or left overs from various places and the taste changes. I cannot verify this though. I may not try it again. Life is too short to drink wine that makes you nauseous. For $3 though it's worth a shot. You may get surprised.
