Nose of white flowers and brioche, very vinous. The palate is very vinous too, with a strong acid backbone, very subtle bubbles, a good grip, a bit of a citrusy note all along and a great, fresh finish with the same citrusy note. It came along oysters, sea snails, shrimps and a tiny bit of caviar. Exquisite
