Dried blackberries, iron, pottery soil, iodine, pine needles, mushrooms, clay. Rounded acidity, medium bodied, juicy satin texture, minimal smooth velvet tannins, long earthy peppery finish. Aromatics ignite on palate, lean while retaining strong earth notes usually associated with heavier wines, well structured for cellaring though drinking well now.
