Possibly my first taste of a true top end champagne. It was nice - very quaffable, brioche and not the acidity you typically get with a "normal" champagne, so a few glasses slip down. But it certainly wasn't a "wow" wine. Perhaps I am coming to it a little late (drinking in 2017) but it tasted as if it was still full of life.
