A Columbia Valley, WA Cabernet that punches well above its price point. Enticing nose of black cherry & blackberry along whisps of violet and pencil lead. This along wirh a smooth palate and med tannins makes this wine easy to enjoy with or with food. A great pairing with a Halloween party and a Harry Potter costume :-D [10/28/23] ($12)

Deep ruby in color; plum, blackberry, and bell pepper on the nose; high acidty; medium plus tannins; tastes like stewed plums, black cherries, and something herbaceous with a long peppery finish (mild black pepper). Nellie likes it too. Did not go well with pepperoni pizza. The spice from the pepperoni amplified the peppery notes in the wine.
