In the name of science, a few champagnes/sparkling wines were sampled today in an effort to help a friend for comparative research reasons. Hard way to spend a Monday...
Another new producer to me. Tasted next to the vintage Paul Goerg, they were very similar, with this one showing a bit more ripeness from the fruit. More lemon dominant with biscuit, orange honey and crushed flower. Thanks @Keith Fisher

Feb 19th, 2019First time drinking this producer and hopefully not my last! Excellent complexity and great mouthfeel. For me, flavors of croissant, Meyer lemon, and ripe green apple. This wine was slightly aged so it had a deep golden hue. Very pleased with this wine!
