Vintage 2 of my wine with The Greek’s son Charlie is the best one yet. Tastes like baby CDP but more stoney, more juicy and dark due to 25% Syrah. Gorgeous density and structure. Really terrific fruit, stone and grip. Epic.

Oct 31st, 2025The first wine I ever made and I must say I am a brilliant winemaker. It’s 75 grenache and 25 syrah. Nose is galets, blackberry, granite and crushed stones plus blackberry flower. Some game as well. Palate is just stunning. Juicy, pure and ultra balanced with gooey black fruits and such cut and precision
