Jun 23rd, 2021Woah this one is really unique! Fresh herbs shine in the aroma. I even get some bright peppers in there. A big sage and mushroom note upfront. There’s a pencil lead type mineral note on the mid palate. Bright grapefruit acidity with some nice heat on the finish. This one’s got some nice long legs too.
