Young and simple St. Emilion. Had it in Yaoundé with friends, paired it with avocado salad and delicious vinaigrette, pasta au gratin and rice with onion sauce. Memorable experience!

In order to let Erostratus set the palate alight you need to let this sit for 30 mins. This is a classic St. Emilion with a sanguine look, light smell and a simple structure... It is very nice with a prime rib of roast beef and the full spread...When family give a bottle I wonder the motivation- empty a rack or give a gift.. This is the later but I am watching certain members of the clan especially the Senior Baroness and lady mullingar...@Delectable Wine
