A classical Sangiovese from Mclaren Valley, medium ruby color, quite typical yet stylish. This wine gives a lot of leather, pitch as well as minerals primitively. Red fruits come after a while with some toasty smells and spices. Medium + acidity with adequate tannin to support the structure. Nearly full-bodied with medium+ alcohol, good flavor intensity with medium finish. 87-88 points. Drink now or in the following year. Tasted in Beijing, 4th October, 2013
