One of my favorite white wine varietals. Channing does a spectacular job with this wine out of New York.

Dec 23rd, 2015Golden amber color. Aromas of apricot & browning apple skin. Considerably more tannic than one might expect, so don't chill for more than 10 or 15 minutes. Delicious acidity & a finish reminiscent of baked peach with a snappy minerality.
