A bit on the soft side at this point. Don’t age much longer. Tasty though.

Dark and layered. Really opened up after a 2hr decant. Love S&B Pinot and this Chanin is one of the best.

Bright red fruits, requisite berries but also some apple? Fresh like an ocean breeze!

Rather different from my last btl. Five hours or so air. Much more mineral, with loads of crushed stone and red berry. Lovely hi-toned acid on the palate; crushed red raspberry, attenuated tannin on the finish. Nose is better than the palate.
