Notes of lemon, pineapple, ripe peach, honey, and green apple with yogurt and honeysuckle. A bit sweet but plenty of acidity to keep it fresh. A lot like a not too sweet lemon curd dessert. Excellent balance and nice complexity. Sweet initial attack with a dry citrus mid-palate and a clean, lingering, off-dry finish.
